How to cook Adobo: Basic Recipe

Pork or Chicken? Soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaf, peppercorns. Marinate for flavor.

Simmer until tender. Don’t stir when vinegar is fresh. Fry meat separately for crunch (optional). The longer it sits, the better.
